How to Rent a Car??
Follow These Simple Steps to Easily Rent a Car:

PLAN AHEAD
(Choose your vehicle types and Rental term)
Choose your rental period and vehicle type in advance.
Consider your needs such as vehicle size, passenger capacity, and required features to find the best option for your stay.
MAKE A RESERVATION

Contact us thorough the Chat box below, the inquiry form, or by phone.
Our staff will assist you with availability and details.
REVIEW & CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING
Step 3 |
We will send or tell you a rental cost estimate.
Once you agree to the price, we will provide a Digital Rental Contract and a secure payment link.
⚠️Please complete the Contract signing and payment within 24hours.
PICK UP YOUR RENTAL CAR
Step 4 |
On the day of rental, please bring:
・A valid driver's license ( SOFA, International or Japanese )
You will also be asked to complete a rental form.
Our staff will hand over the vehicle keys and explain important details before you drive away.
Before you leave, your vehicle will be duly inspected, and any existing damages will be identified. Nevertheless, if you notice any irregularities apart from the ones inspected by Zena garage, please make sure you report them to the staff.
