Before starting the rental process, it is important to plan your journey in advance and define your needs. Establish the rental period and the type of vehicle that matches your requirements (such as type of vehicles, capacity, segment and features).

We will send you a estimate for the car rental cost.
If you decide to confirm the reservation after confirming the price, we will send you a contract and a payment link.
※Please make sure to sign the Contract and make the payment by 2days prior to your car rental use.

Please be advised that you will need to present your ID card /Drivers license with a visible photo and will be required to fill out a rental certificate on the day of rental.
You will receive the vehicle keys and a few important details will be explained by the Zena Garage staff.
全てのレンタカーにおいて、お客様への貸渡前にきっちり整備点検させて頂いて おりますが、万が一貸渡前に、お車に不具合があった場合や、貸渡証に記載されていないキズ凹みがあった場合はレンタカー貸渡前にスタッフへご報告くださいますよう宜しくお願い致します。
